Here is my submission for the 3rd and the final assignment of PwC Switzerland's virtual case experience program.

Task 3:

Companies need a workforce of diverse talents and backgrounds to succeed in an increasingly complex and heterogenous world.

The Human Resources department at our telecom client aims to examine the gender balance improvement and the progress of the organization with respect to diversity and inclusion.

The task at hand is to create a visualization and define relevant KPIs in hiring, promotion, performance, and turnover.
