Overview

Here is my submission for the #datadna challenge organized by Onyx Data in July 2023.

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) is an essential step in any data analysis project. Here, I have conducted EDA on a hotel bookings dataset, which initially contained nearly 112,000 observations for a City Hotel and a Resort Hotel. Each observation represents a hotel booking between the 1st of July 2015 and the 31st of August 2017, including bookings that effectively arrived and bookings that were canceled.

I have used Power BI to create a two-page report that highlights the key insights from the data. The report includes interactive visualizations that allow users to explore the data in detail.

A summary of the key findings and recommendations based on the analysis is presented below.
