Maven Analytics, LLC ("Maven") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website, www.mavenanalytics.io (the "Site"), and individuals who are authorized users of the services offered by Maven via this Site ("Services"). The terms "we", "us" and "our" as used herein also refer to Maven.

We are providing this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to help you understand how we collect and use information, including personally identifiable information that you may provide to us or that we may obtain as a result of your use of Site and the Services, as well as your choices regarding use, access and correction of Personal Information.

Personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context.

Maven collects both Personal Information and non-personal information (in each case as further described below). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Information" refers to both Personal Information as well asother types of non-personal information we may collect. When we combine Personal Information with non-personal information, we treat all of the combined information as Personal Information.

By using the Site (as clearly described on the Site) and the Services, in each case in accordance with the Terms of Service https://www.mavenanalytics.io/terms, you consent to our collection and use of your Personal Information as described herein, and consistent with applicable data protection laws.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy also applies to any access to the Site and Services via a mobile application. All use of "Site" and "Services" as used herein should be read to include any such mobile applications.

The Information that we collect about you is controlled by Maven Analytics, LLC, which is headquartered in the United States of America in Massachusetts.

This Site and the Services are not directed at children. If a person under 13 submits information through any part of this Site and the Services, and we learn the person submitting the information is under 13, we will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible. PART I: INFORMATION COLLECTED

Depending on how you use our Site and Services, we may collect, use, share and secure different kinds of Information. The types of Personal Information we collect, with your consent, are detailed below.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM THE SITE?

Information you choose to provide to us or input into various fields on the Site is collected (for example, you may provide us your email address if you would like to join our mailing list). Examples of the types of Personal Information we collect, should you choose to provide it, may include the following: name, address, email, phone number, geographic location and IP address. Our online contact form also contains a "message" field through which you may submit additional information should you so choose. The Personal Information that you provide directly to us through the Site will be apparent from the context in which you provide the data.

When you browse our Site, we receive Information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. This may include such data as your IP address and domain name, the pages you visit on the Site, the date and time of your visit, the files you download, the URLs from the websites you visit before and after navigating to the Site, your software and hardware attributes (including device IDs), your general geographic location (e.g. your city, state, or metropolitan region) and certain cookie information (see below). To obtain such information, we may use web logs or applications that recognize your computer and gather information about its online activity.

There are ways to control your browser settings to indicate when we have set a cookie in your browser, and you have the ability to control our use of cookies and third-party analytics with respect to your use of Site (please see the section on cookies below). Please note that disabling certain cookies may prevent the Site from functioning properly. Your device may also have controls that determine the information collected. Browser and operating system information, if provided by you, helps us analyze trends in the aggregate and improve and administer our Site. If you consent to our use of cookies and third party analytics, this Information may include your IP address (or proxy server), device ID, your location, your browser type, your internet service provider, the pages you viewed, your searches, your operating system and system configuration information, and date/time stamps associated with your usage.

Due to Internet communication standards, when you visit the Site, we automatically receive the URL of the website from which you came and the website to which you go when you leave our website. Again, please note that you have the ability to control our use of cookies and third-party analytics with respect to your use of Site (please see the section on cookies below).

Any other Information you consent to provide on our Site will also be stored. For example, if you join our email list, your name and email address will be stored, and if you register for an account on our Site, we will use the information you provided on our Site (including name and email) in order to contact you regarding the Services. Only if you use a credit card to pay for Services on our Site, and consent to providing your credit card information in order to process such transaction, a third party (Stripe) will collect payment information from you (see more information on this below, under the third party payment processor -- Stripe section).

We also may partner with certain third parties to collect, analyze, and use some of the personal and non-personal Information described in this section. For example, we may allow third parties to set cookies on the Site or in email communications from us. This Information may be used for a variety of purposes, including online behavioral advertising as further described below (see Part IV). Again, please note that you have the ability to control our use of cookies and third-party analytics with respect to your use of Site and Services (please see the section on cookies below). WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM THE SERVICES?

Information you choose to provide to us is collected. Examples of the types of Personal Information we collect, should you choose to provide it, may include the following: name, email, geographic location (country and zip code) and IP address. The Personal Information that you provide directly to us through the Services will be apparent from the context in which you provide the data.

We may transfer Personal Information inputted into our Service only to companies that help us provide the Services. Such transfers are addressed below.

PART II: WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

We use Information we collect to help our Services create a better experience for you. Collecting Information about how you use Services helps us provide you with better service, including understanding which features are the most interesting to you, so that we are able to improve them.

We use your Information to manage your account, to respond to your questions or requests concerning the Site or the Services offered by Maven, to provide you Services you have ordered, to communicate with you about Services you've purchased, to offer you additional Services, to bill you, to fulfill our obligations under the Terms of Service, to fulfill your request for our Services or otherwise complete a transaction that you initiate, to send you information about our Services, to improve your user experience and the quality of our products and services. We also use the Information to the extent necessary to enforce our Site and Services Terms of Service and to prevent imminent harm to persons or property and to comply with legal and/or regulatory requirements. Certain Information may be used for anti-fraud and anti-theft purposes. We will use your Information to send out important notices, confirmations, and similar operational communications.

We use the non-personal Information that we collect for such purposes as: counting and recognizing visitors to the Site; analyzing how visitors use the Site and various Site features; improving the Site and enhancing users' experiences with the Site and Services; creating new products and Services or improving our existing Services; enabling additional website analytics and research concerning the Site; and managing our business, and to comply with legal and/or regulatory requirements. Maven may link non-personal information gathered using cookies and web beacons with Personal Information, but in such event, Maven will treat the combined information as Personal Information.

We may send you emails about our Services and other updates, promotions and Maven advertisements, and other topics that are likely of interest to you (including newsletters and other communications) if you consent to the provision of this type of material by registering on our Site or signing up for our mailing list. Although we hope you will fund our promotional emails of interest, you may opt-out of receiving them either by sending an email to admin@mavenanalytics.io with "optout" in the subject line, or by using the "opt out" link at the bottom of any promotional email you receive. Promotional emails will also contain instructions for opting out of this type of communication in the future. Please see Part III for more information about opting out.

We may link non-personal Information gathered using cookies with Personal Information, but we will treat the combined information as Personal Information. We may combine Personal Information collected through the Site and/or the Services with other Information that we or third parties collect about you in other contexts, such as our communications with you via email or phone, or your customer service records. We use Information this linked Information for internal research and data analysis to help with product development, and to help us create and improve our Services. We will treat such combined Information as Personal Information and protect such Information in in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If we use any linked Information for our own advertising and marketing purposes, we do so only after it has been converted to anonymized or aggregated form.

From time to time, Maven may also share anonymized and aggregated information about the Site and Services, such as by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the Site and/or Services.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

How long we keep Information depends on the type of Information.

  • If you are a customer, Information we collect regarding your use of the Services is collected and stored for as long as you continue to use the Services.

  • We retain Personal Information where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you the Services, to respond to questions you may have, to enforce our agreements, and to resolve disputes). We will stop using the Personal Information when we no longer have a legitimate business need to do so. If you request that we remove your Personal Information at an earlier date in accordance with this Privacy Policy (see Consent and Data Correction) we will do so provided we do not have a separate legal obligation to keep it (for example, a lawsuit involving the data).

  • If you have consented to receiving marketing communications (emails, etc.) from us, we will retain your Personal Information for a reasonable period of time from the date you last provided consent, unless you request that we remove it (see Consent and Data Correction).

  • If we receive Information derived from cookies or other tracking technologies, we will retain that Information for a reasonable period of time from the date it was collected. At the conclusion of our use of the data, we will either delete or anonymize your Information or, if that is not possible, then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.

SECURITY

Your Personal Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

To protect your Personal Information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry standard practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Unfortunately, even with these measures, we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information. By using our Site and Services, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee.

Maven acknowledges that individuals have the right to access the Personal Information that we maintain about them.

How do you get my consent?

You provide your consent to our using Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site, you provide consent when you enter your information into various fields. If you are using the Services, you consent when you agree to the Terms of Service, and by continuing to use the Services.

How do I modify Information or withdraw my consent if I am a customer of the Service?

You may modify, review, correct, or delete what Information is collected and who it is shared with by modifying your settings within the Services. You may also stop using the Services (in accordance with the terms of your agreement with Maven). If you would like Maven to delete your account, please contact Maven using the contact information below.

How do I modify Information or withdraw my consent for Personal Information collected via the Site?

What if I have questions about consent or your use of my Information?

Prior Consent

Where the processing of your Personal Information is based on your previously given consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data on grounds relating to your particular situation.

PART IV: HOW DO WE SHARE PERSONAL AND NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?

We share Information with other parties for a variety of purposes, as described below.

THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use third party service providers to help us manage and improve the Site and our Services. We may share Information with our contracted service providers so that these service providers can provide services on our behalf. These service providers are authorized to use Information only as necessary to provide the requestedservices to us. The services provided to us by third parties are more fully described below, including the country where the services are provided. We do not sell any Information to third parties.

  • Website analytics platform (USA)

  • Website chat support tool (USA)

We partner with certain third parties to collect the non-personal Information and to engage in analysis, auditing, research, and reporting. These third parties may use web logs or web beacons, and they may set and access cookies on your computer or other device. Even if you do not click on these plug-ins, they may collect information about you, such as your IP address and the pages that you view. They also may set and/or access a cookie. If you prefer to prevent third parties from setting and accessing cookies on your computer, you may set your browser to block cookies. These plugins are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them (and not this policy), so we advise you to read their privacy statements.

You may request information about service providers at any time. If you would like Maven to stop providing your Personal Information to any service provider, please contact us at admin@mavenanalytics.io.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

In particular, the Site and Services uses Google Analytics to help collect and analyze certain information for the purposes discussed above. Google Analytics met set and/or access a cookie and/or web beacon. You may opt out of the use of cookies by Google Analytics here. Google Analytics is governed by Google's privacy policy (and not this policy), so we advise you to read the privacy statements lined above.

THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR -- STRIPE

We use a third party payment processor to process credit card payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any Personal Information or financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided to our third party processor.

If you use the a credit card to pay for Services on our Site, the credit card payment processing services are provided by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") and are subject to the Stripe Terms of Service https://stripe.com/legal and the Stripe Privacy Policy located here https://stripe.com/privacy (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By using the credit card processing services, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition to our enabling credit card payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide us accurate and complete information about you, and you authorize us to share any such information with Stripe, as well as transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe. In all cases, standard credit card or other third party processing fees apply in addition to the Services Fees. We are not responsible for the performance of any third party credit card processing or third party payment services.

LEGAL PURPOSES We may be legally required to disclose your Information if we believe it is reasonably necessary, in our sole discretion, in order to (i) comply with legal process (such as a court order, subpoena, search warrant, etc.) or other legal requirements of any governmental authority, (ii) potentially mitigate our liability in an actual or potential lawsuit, (iii) establish, protect or exercise our legal rights or protect or defend our property, (iv) protect the legal rights or property of others, (v) protect the safety of our customers, users, employees or others, (vi) facilitate the financing, securitization, insuring, sale assignment, bankruptcy, or other disposal of all or part of our business assets.

MOBILE APPLICATIONS

With your consent, mobile applications may provide us with information related to your use of the mobile application services, information regarding your computer systems, and information regarding your interaction with mobile applications, which we may use to provide and improve the mobile application Services.

PART V: COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

With your consent, we use cookies to collect website navigational information so that our Site can remember you and provide you with the information you're most likely to need. Site navigational information includes standard information from your web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your IP address, and the actions you take on our Site (such as pages viewed and links clicked). Please note that some cookies last only for your current browser session, while others persist for longer periods of time. For instance, when you return to our Site, cookies identify you and prompt the Site to provide your user name (not your password), so you can sign in more quickly. We also use information gained through cookies to compile statistical information about use of our Site, such as the time users spend at the site and the pages they visit most often. Those statistics do not include Personal Information. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. The Site or the emails you receive from Maven may use an application known as a "web beacon" (also known as a "clear gif" or "web bug"). A web beacon is an electronic file that usually consists of a single-pixel image. It can be embedded in a web page or in an email to transmit information, which could include personal information. For example, it allows an email sender to determine whether a user has opened a particular email.

PART VI: SPECIAL NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL VISITORS AND CUSTOMERS

Although many of our sites can be viewed internationally, many of our computer systems are currently based in the United States. Therefore, please note that all Information may be processed by us in the U.S. for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Maven may also subcontract the processing of Information to, or otherwise share Information with, affiliates or third parties in the United States or countries other than your country of residence. The data protection laws in these countries may be different from, and less stringent than, those in your country of residence.

By using the Site or providing any Information to us, you expressly consent to such transfer and processing.

INFORMATION ABOUT HOW AND WHEN WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Where applicable law requires us to ensure that an international data transfer is governed by a data transfer mechanism, we use the following mechanisms: EU Standard Contractual Clauses with a data recipient outside the EEA (as permitted under GDPR), or we will ask for your consent.

  • Object to some processing where we have a legitimate interest in processing (as explained in the Special Notice to EU Customers and Visitors section)

  • To restrict processing in certain circumstances (for example, where we can demonstrate that we have a legal requirement to process your Personal Information, it is possible that we may continue to do so).

We may ask you to verify your identity and to provide other details to help us to respond to your request.
