What’s included in Free versus Pro?
Free never expires and doesn’t need a credit card. It includes a personal learning plan, sample lessons, practice tool assessments, your project portfolio and public profile, and the Data Playground. Pro adds all courses, paths and projects, live workshops with expert instructors, benchmark and final assessments, badges and credentials, and course discussions. Compare Free and Pro.
What’s the difference between Teams, Enterprise and Enterprise + Live?
Teams gives departments and groups shared learning tools, admin controls, team reporting and SkillSight Lite. Enterprise adds organization-wide SkillSight, a dedicated customer success manager and learning paths built around your skill gaps. Enterprise + Live includes those capabilities plus live, instructor-led programs configured to your team’s goals. Contact us if you need help choosing.
How is Enterprise + Live priced?
Pricing is based on the number of seats and live training tracks you choose, with a 10-seat minimum. Contact us for a quote based on your team size and training needs.
Can I buy instructor-led training separately?
Yes. You can purchase a standalone live program or add instructor-led training to Teams or Enterprise. Enterprise + Live combines the Enterprise platform with live training in one package. Contact us to discuss your team’s goals and the available options.
Can I pay by invoice?
Enterprise, Enterprise + Live and standalone live programs can be paid by invoice, with payment terms set out in your order form. Teams plans are paid by credit card at checkout. Contact us if your organization needs invoicing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time, or contact us about moving your team to Enterprise or Enterprise + Live. Personal and team subscriptions are separate: joining a team doesn’t automatically cancel or transfer your personal Pro subscription. See how to change your plan.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and we email yearly subscribers before their renewal date. Lifetime is a one-time payment and doesn’t renew. Teams, Enterprise and Enterprise + Live renew automatically for the same term; if you have an order form, notice that you won’t renew must be given at least 30 days before your term ends. What’s your refund policy?
Monthly and yearly Pro payments, including renewals, and Lifetime purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You can cancel a monthly or yearly Pro subscription to stop its next renewal and keep access through the period you’ve paid for. Fees for Teams, Enterprise and live programs are non-cancelable and non-refundable, except as provided in the applicable terms or order form. See our refund policy for full details.
