Project steps

  1. Using Jupter Notebook with Python, the review_text column was pre-processed, involving getting the polarity and sentiment results for the refined review texts.
  2. A word cloud visual was plotted to view the most common review words, which was then saved as a picture file to be used in Power BI.
  3. The sentiment result column derived was saved as a CSV file to be used later.
  4. Further analysis and visualization were done in Power BI.

Insight

The customer satisfaction (CSAT) score was 84.6%, hence it can be said that most customers were generally satisfied with the phone.
