About this project

Data Cleaning: The date column needed to be cleaned and aligned into one acceptable date format. KPIs drawn from the dataset:

  1. Average Delivery Time
  2. Order Completion Rate: Percentage of orders that are successfully delivered orders versus those that are refunded.
  3. Average Tip per Delivery 4 Peak Ordering Times 5 Average deliveries per day 6 Average deliveries per hour
  4. Top3 statistics of I.) Customers with the most orders and tipsy ii.) Restaurants with the most orders, discounts and refunds iii.) Drivers with the most orders and tips
