Major Insights from HR Data Set:

·Out of the total of 311 employees, the attrition rate is 33%.

· The average salary at the company is $69K, with male employees receiving a higher pay scale of $70K compared to females who receive $67K.

· 29 employees were recruited from Diversity Job Fair

· The CIO, Director of Operations, IT Director and IT Manager Support all have an equal average performance score (4).

· Furthermore, the job positions of Data Analyst (3.25), IT Support (3.13) and Software Engineer (3.10) exhibit average performance scores that surpass 3, in addition to the previously mentioned positions.

· The number of Female employees terminated is approx. 37% higher compared to male employees.

· Females constitute the majority of candidates whose performance is rated as 'Fully meets' (58%) and 'Exceeds' (54%).

· The Absences recorded for female employees (1806) is higher compared to male employees (1378).

· The average performance score shows an upward graph with increase in age increases except for employees aged above 70 years. The highest is recorded for the age group 60-70 years (3.22)

· The highest number of employees terminated have a service of 2-4 years of service in the organization.

· A significant proportion of employees who were terminated from the organization had a service tenure of six years or less.

· A major portion of the employees are US citizens (approx.. 95%)
