Maven Family Leave Challenge - April 2023

In this challenge, I had to create an impactful data visualisation on parental leave policies across the business world, to support an article for a fictional online business journal. This is to coincide with Women's History Month in the United States, so the focus was on maternity leave policies in particular.

Taking a csv dataset, with records on 1,601 companies, I analysed this data in PowerBI; gaining key insights into paid & unpaid maternity leave across different industries, how many weeks-off are given and comparing this information to current policies and international standards.
