Breaking down the Maternity and Paternity leave gap: A comparative study of Industry policies

This data originally includes 1601 companies but there was a single duplicate row for the company called collins aerospace. I googled to get the correct information for leaves and kept the correct one of course. I have added the name of the industries which were not mentioned in the dataset. They are as follows - rokt company which is e-commerce marketing company, INK communications is also marketing company and ASML is the only semi-conductor type of industry in the whole dataset.
