The data set comprises details on 10K customers. The major insights on the datasets are:

·Above 50% of the customers are Active members and the churn rate is 20.37%.

·The customers between the age group 40-60 years exhibits the higher number of exits (1293). This is just the double of number of exits in age group 20-40 years.

· Highest number of Active members and Credit card Holders exist in age group 20-40 years. This age group also owns the highest number of Products.

·Highest number of Exits happens among female customers which is approx. 27% higher compared to Male Customers.

·Germany exhibits the highest churn rate compared to France and Spain. The customers in Germany leads in highest Average Balance and Average Estimated Salary.

·The customers in France owns the highest number of credit cards and Product count which is almost double compared to the other two countries.

Recommendation:

·The higher number of exit groups – Age group 40-60 (1293) and Female customers must require special attention.

·Special campaigns targeting promotion of Credit cards and other products must be organized among customers in Germany and Spain
