As part of Women's History Month in the United States, your company is writing a piece on parental leave policies across the business world and they need you to create an impactful visual using the data you collected.
Insights-
63.81% maternity leaves are paid and 36.19% maternity leaves are unpaid.
81.06% paternity leaves are paid and 18.94% paternity leaves are unpaid.
Technology: consumer internet industry paid maximum (average 15.4) for maternity leave.
Technology: gaming industry paid maximum (average 8.2) for paternity leave.
Top 3 companies who paid highest average paternity leave are- Grant Thornton(51), LAC-Group(35), Flatiron Health(30).
Top companies who paid maximum for maternity leave are- American Income Life, Bitdefender, Netflix, Reliance Industries Ltd., etc.
Finance: personal & commercial banking industry remains in the top for unpaid maternity leave.
Pharmacies & drug stores industry remains in the top for unpaid paternity leave.
