HR Analytics dashboard using Power BI

The HR Analytics Power BI dashboard project was designed to provide an in-depth analysis of employee data within the organization. The dashboard displays a range of information, including employee age, sex, job role, attrition status, promotion eligibility, and marital status, among other key indicators.

Through the use of interactive visuals and dynamic filters, the dashboard allows users to quickly and easily identify trends and patterns within the data. As we delve into key details, we can see the ratio of male and female gender in the company to improve diversity. The dashboard gives an insight into the promotional eligibilities of employees and their job levels.

The Pie chart in the dashboard depicts the percentage of employees who lives nearby or far away from home. Integrating this knowledge with Attrition data will provide us an insight into if the home distance a key factor in employee's desire to resign from an organization.

This dashboard provides the ability to filter data by specific employee attributes, allowing users to compare various groups and make informed decisions based on their unique needs. For example, managers can quickly identify the attrition rate for specific job roles or age groups, which can inform retention strategies and succession planning.
