Email Marketing Analytics

This project was built for an ecommerce email marketing agency. The goal was to create a very clean way to visualize and summarize the most valuable metrics in the dashboard. All data in any screenshot shown has been anonymized and any revenue data randomized for confidentiality. The entire process is ran off of just 4 exports from their email marketing software. The biggest challenge of this project was creating the visuals in google sheets, as a BI platform like Power BI would be easier. However, both me and the client are very happy with the end product.

Specifically, the dashboard summarizes revenue sources by date in order to find valuable trends. With this, we can ask questions like, "Why did SMS revenue drop 30% last week?" or "What caused the spike in email campaign revenue in the month of December?"

Another upside to this project, is it can be easily screenshot and shared with the email marketing agency's clients. This will help create a more personal experience for the client, and increase customer retention for the agency.
