BankMaven

The project: Design and build an executive-level BI solution from scratch for BankMaven, a fictitious financial institution based in the United States.

The aim: Track KPIs (transactions, customer count, etc.), compare performance across customer segments, analyze churn, and identify at-risk accounts.

Data sources: A folder of Excel files, containing information about customer transactions, account details, and member demographics.

• Apply sorting & filtering tools
• Create custom calculations & parameters
• Design interactive reports & dashboards

The output: Create a Tableau Dashboard. containing the core business, geospatial visuals, multiple matrices, heat maps, and YoY views. Each of the visuals is dynamically clickable and allows end-users to drill into the data.
