Airbnb rental market

The project: Analyze Airbnb data about 250,000+ listings in 10 major cities.

The aim: Spot any major differences in the Airbnb market between cities, understand which attributes have the biggest influence on price, identify any trends or seasonality, and spot which city offers a better value for travel.

Data Sources: CSV files containing information about hosts, pricing, location, and room type, along with over 5 million historical reviews and prices (in local currency).

The work

• Create custom calculations & parameters
• Design an interactive report

The output: Create a visualization using the questions asked in the aim section as a guideline.
