Maven Supplies

The project: Design and build an executive-level BI solution from scratch for Maven Supplies, a fictitious office supply store.

The aim: Track KPIs (sales, profit, units, returns), compare performance across markets, analyze category profitability, and identify high-value customers.

Data source: A folder of Excel files, containing information about orders, returns, customers, and territories.

• Create custom calculations & parameters
• Design interactive reports & dashboards

The output: Create an executive KPI dashboard containing dynamic filtering options, high-level trending metrics, sales and goal performance, geospatial distribution, and trending month over month. Each of the visuals is dynamically clickable and allows end-users to drill into the data.
