About this project

As a BI Developer for MavenTech, I've been tasked with developing an interactive dashboard tailored for sales managers. This dashboard will serve as a comprehensive tool to monitor and analyze team performance on a quarterly basis. By consolidating key sales metrics and visualizing trends, the dashboard aims to facilitate informed decision-making and drive sales effectiveness.

The current state of the dashboard contains two pages showing the key summary of team performance of a particular signed in manager.

Team Performance: Here we have two core parts, team performance as a whole(sales revenue, sales opportunities, the rate of opportunity realisation) as well as the sales agent views. This gives an opportunity to view your own teams sales and check the individual performance of the sales agents withing the team.

Team Comparison: Here the signed in manager can pick any other amanger and compare his/her/their own sales to the other manager. Also, the manager has the opportunity to check its performance against the avarage sales of all managers and see by how much the other ones are generating more or less income then the manager in question.
