Key insights:
Attrition among males stands at 17% (151 out of 889), while among females it's 15% (87 out of 591).
Life sciences education experiences the highest attrition rate at 37.39%, followed by medical education at 26.47%.
The age group most prone to attrition is 26-35.
Employees tend to leave the company within the first year of employment.
A higher percentage salary hike corresponds to lower attrition rates, similarly, higher salary levels are associated with lower attrition.
Attrition trends appear consistent across all departments.
