CodeX, a German beverage company, recently launched in the Indian market across 10 cities. Their marketing team is working to scale up CodeX's share in the Indian market and has conducted surveys across these cities.
CodeX seeks insights on key clients and energy drink preferences in the Indian market for improved marketing strategies.
The dataset and requests for this analysis were provided by CodeBasics. The following tools were used to conduct the analysis:
I analyzed a survey with 10,000 rows to identify the top-preferred energy drink brand, key clients, and their preferences. This assists the CodeX marketing team in developing targeted strategies to improve product, brand awareness, and market share.
✅Demographic Analysis:
• Analyze the demographic characteristics of the respondents, such as age, and gender.
✅City-wise Analysis:
• Explore the survey response from each city to understand preferences specific to these locations.
• Compare the responses across the different cities to identify the regional differences in consumer behavior and preferences.
✅Competitor Analysis:
• Compare CodeX energy drink's performance with competitors in terms of brand perception, market share, and product offerings.
✅Consumer Behavior and Buying Patterns:
• Analyze the consumer buying patterns, including frequency of purchase, preferred channels (online or offline), and factors influencing the purchase decisions.
✅Brand awareness and Perception:
• Analyze the perceptions of the brand, including attributes such as quality, taste, packaging, and value for money, to understand how it is perceived in different markets.
• Identify areas where the brand perception can be strengthened or improved.
By implementing these recommendations, CodeX can effectively grow its brand, improve sales, and capture a significant share of the market.
What I Learned 🌱
While working on this project, I gained insights into diverse marketing strategies and their impact on customer engagement, brand awareness, and growth. I connected the SQL database to Power BI, ensuring validated data, and offered enhanced marketing strategies for informed decision-making.
