Churn Dashboard

Hello Connections,

I am Alkesh Mohandas here and excited to present Customer Churn dashboard of Telecom Co. in Power Bi.

This project I have completed on Forage virtual Internship site.

Objective of the Dashboard: To find out the details of Customers who left the Company last month.

Database is in excel.

In entire Dashboard only figures related churn customers are presented.

The key metrics in the dashboard are:

1.  Total customers are 7043 out of which 1869 left the Telecom company last month.
   

2.  Total of Admin and tech tickets raised along with sum of total charges and Monthly charges by Churn customers are displayed.
   

Visuals shown in the Dashboard are:

1.  Information of Churn customers are bifurcated in Customers Demographics, Account Information and Services signed by customers.
   

2.  Customer Demographics shows “Gender” Pie Chart, Clustered bar Chart for “Years customer was with the Company” and Cards for % of senior citizen, % of dependent, % of Partner from the total count of customer’s churn.
   

3.  Customer Account Information shows the Clustered bar chart for Payment methods and Types of Contracts and Pie chart for Paperless billing whether opted. Multi row card for Average monthly and total charges per customer
   

4.  Services customer signed shows details about the Percentage of count of customers availing each service from the total churn customers in Multi row card. Pie chart for type of Internet services obtained by churn customers.
   

We can filter the report as per requirement by clicking on any of the visuals in dashboard.

Now I will click visual to show how others visuals respond to the selection.

1.  In Customer Demographics selecting “Male” in gender pie chart and “<1 year in “No. of years with the Company” of Clustered bar Chart. We can see that other visuals are reacting to the clicks.
   

2.  In Customer Account Information selecting “credit card” in payment method and “One Year” in Types of Contracts of Clustered bar Chart and “Yes” in Paper billing Pie chart.
   

3.  In services customer signed selecting “Fiber optic” of Pie Chart in Internet service.
