Hello Connections,
I am Alkesh Mohandas excited to share my latest Hotel Guest Feedback Dashboard in Power BI.
Database is**** in Excel which I got from learn Excel Solutions You Tube Channel Objective of Dashboard:
To give Overall rating of the customer feedback in the range of 1 to 5.
Calculate **NPS** which ranges between 1 to 10 where 10 means highest and 1 means lowest.
*Net Promoter Score(NPS) means chance of referring hotel services by customers to others.
NPS Rating Scale is stated in the header of Dashboard. **NPS is calculated by subtracting Promoter score % - Detractors score %**
Calculate aggregate rating in feedback category for different services like Staff, Room, Restaurant and facility with rating in the range of 1 to 5 where 5 is highest rating.
Process includes
Importing data few transformations and cleaning in power query
Identifying & Creating Measures using DAX.
Validating all data
Creating Dashboard using appropriate Visualization.

Key Metrics and various Charts which I have shown for presenting Overall rating, NPS Score and other information are:
Only slicer used in the Dashboard is for date but we can filter the report as per requirement by clicking on any of the visuals in dashboard.
Now I will click slicer and visual to show how others visuals respond to the selection.
Date range is changed to 6 months instead of 3 years due to which overall rating changes.
Selecting “Detractors” in Clustered bar chart for total NPS Category Rating we can see how other visuals react.
3. Selecting “business” in Purpose of visit of Guest donut Chart and “Female” in Gender donut Chart
4. Selecting “Internet Advertisement” in Clustered bar chart and Quarterly Ribbon Chart.
5. We can also adjust the slider in Quarterly Ribbon Chart if we have checks details of selected quarters
