HR Analysis Dashboard

Hello Connections,

Excited to share my latest HR Analysis Power BI dashboard.

Power BI is a powerful tool for creating business intelligence dashboards, reports, and analytics.

Database: is**** in Excel which I got from Data Tutorials You Tube Channel

Objective of Dashboard:

1.  To give details of Attrition count in an organization
   

2.  Bifurcation of attrition count Department wise, Education wise and Gender wise for different age group.
   

Process includes

1. Importing data few transformations and cleaning in power query

2. Identifying & Creating Measures using DAX.

3. Validating all data

4. Creating Dashboard using appropriate Visualization.

Key metrics and various Charts which I will selecting in video showing Attrition count and other information

1. Employee count, Attrition count, Attrition Rate, Active Employees, Average age and Gender wise Attrition
2. Pie Chart for department wise attrition
3. Clustered column chart for education field wise attrition
4. Donut chart for attrition rate by gender for different age group
5. Histogram for number of employees in different age group. Bin size is 3 and age is between 18-60.
6. Heatmap for job satisfaction rating with regards to Job Role. In a heatmap where rating is high figures are in darker background.

Only slicer used in the Dashboard is for education but we can filter the report as per requirement by clicking on any of the visuals in dashboard.

Now I will select each visual to show how others visuals respond to the selection.

1.  R & D Department selected in Department wise Pie chart
   

2. Life science selected in education field wise Clustered column chart

3. Female gender is selected in Attrition under 25 heading of donut chart.

4. Age group of 31 – 33 is selected in Histogram.

5. Job Role of Sales Representative is selected in heat map.
