HCAHPS Analysis - Maven Healthcare Competition

Scenario: I am the data analyst for The American Hospital Association. I need to provide an analysis of the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey results for the last 9 years.

Questions I am answering: What has been the trend of HCAHPS scores? Are their areas for improvement? Which measures have seen the greatest decrease in scores? Which region requires the most improvement?

Using Power BI I performed the data manipulations I required - including averaging; analysed the provided data; and plotted the progressions of scores over time. I then provided written feedback on what the visualisations showed.
