Financial Customer Complaints Dashboard

Situation: I have been hired as a business analyst for a banks compliance team. The complaints have been received from CFPB and I need to track that they are being dealt with in a timely manner.

Steps taken: I have checked the data for completeness. I have transformed the data to provide a week start date, separate the day, month and year from this new date, calculated the status of the complaints, and visualised the results.
