About the Dashboard:
Purpose: To build a**** Sales enablement tool that monitors KPI on an in-month basis, quarterly, and fiscal year, Pipeline health, Leads generation, Churn, and an at-risk weekly summary.
The performance is measured against Sales budget (Doard View), and Sales quota (Sales leaders based on sales compensation).
Description: The Dashboard is split into 4 pages, MTD View, QTD View, YTD View, and Pipeline Health, The dashboard is connected to a live Salesforce report - FY'23 Funnel Report (Only current fiscal data is considered and Cloudops data is inclusive).
