About this project

I Put myself into the shoes of the sales compensation analyst of a fictious company called Saas co , to help build an executive presentation summarizing SaaS Co's sales incentive outcome.

Data included the sales quota, and sales attainment of 2,473 sellers for a whole financial year, in 3 difference currencies. My tasks was to report all my analysis and insights in USD. I was asked to include the following in my presentation:

  • The cost summary
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and fairness of SaaS Co.'s current incentive compensation program for Account Executives (AEs).
  • Identify areas of improvement in SaaS Co's incentive design
