Dataset:

This dataset contains data collected from pizza restaurant from 2015 and 2016 years.

PROBLEMS STATEMENT:

Create dashboard with KPI's and charts to visualize all insights and understand key trends. Analyze the following problems for our pizza restaurant. Specifically, calculate the following insights:

• Revenue in 2015 and 2016,

• Average order value,

• Total number of pizzas sold,

• Total number of all orders,

• Average number of sold pizza in each order.

• Daily and hourly trend for total orders,

• Show percentage sales by pizza size and category,

• Total number of sold pizza by category,

• Top 5 and 5 worst selling pizza.

ANALYSIS PROCESS

EXCEL

1. Uploaded data from database pizza_db to excel.
2. Cleaned data.

• Column PIZZA_SIZE, changed size shortcuts "S" etc by full words "small".

• Added new column ORDER_DAY, to understand daily trends.
