VisuRetail: Unmasking Insights in Super Store Data

Through a comprehensive analysis of the Superstore dataset, we've developed "VisuRetail", a tableau dashboard that uncovers the underlying factors affecting profitability. The project delves into the impact of variables such as state, category, and discount rates, on KPIs and offers actionable recommendations to drive business growth. Key insights were gleaned on loss-leading states, product performance, and the correlation between discounts and profits. The dashboard serves as a powerful tool to optimize the company's business strategy and maximize profitability.
