Executive Reporting Dashboard for a Chain Store

This project is built on the dataset of the adventure works bike shop. The goal of this project is to do a comprehensive analysis and make a dashboard for the executive team to look into the top KPIs, also to look into the overall business performance.

Top KPIs we're tracking on this dashboard are:

• Revenue Trends
• Profit Trends
• Total Orders
• Return Rate

With this interactive dashboard, we were able to answer the key questions to drive business growth and take data-driven business decisions. Some questions involved:

1. How are sales & orders distributed across different geographical regions?
2. What is the forecasted revenue in the next quarter/year?
3. Which products are projected to be the top sellers in terms of sales volume or revenue in the next quarter/year?
4. What is the number or percentage of product returns?
5. How much profit did the bike shop generate by region & year?

The dashboard is designed to answer lots of key questions which helps management to take data-driven business decisions.
