Diversity & Inclusion Analysis

The project is part of a virtual case experience offered by pwc Switzerland, for analyzing Gender balance in the executive suite.

Questions I asked myself while doing this project:

• How many employees joined & left the organization, till 2021 (as per the latest data)?
• Number of employees in the top executive suite based on the Age difference?
• Promotion distribution of 2020 & 2021 among males & females, based on their annual performance.
• .How many people are working full-time & part-time in the organization (We can also see this, based on the JOB LEVEL filter)?
• The number of senior professionals in each department.
• The average working experience of the senior professionals, within their department
• The average performance rating of all the employees in each department.

I've distinguished the experience and number of senior professionals in each department, based on gender as well, to see gender balance & inclusion at the senior level.
