This dashboard focuses on revenue, shipping costs, and delays, using data from 2013 to 2015. It compares the current month's results to the average of the last three and twelve months, providing a comprehensive view.
Some insights:
-Since the beginning of 2015, sales have consistently exceeded 100,000,
-As of May 6, the current month's revenue stands at 20,000, but the forecast predicts it will reach approximately 130,000 by the end of the month,
-Cote de Blaye has proven to be the most profitable product, while Camembert cheese remains the top-selling item,
-Quick-Stop stands out as the best customer.
Targets are set at 125% of the last 12 months' revenue and a delay rate of 2%.
To address the challenge requirements, I have developed custom KPI cards and implemented a hidden slicer panel.
