About this project

Create a high level interactive dashboard indicating the performance of Six (6) Rigid Dumper Trucks (RDT) for the fictious mining company STR ROCKS 😎

The Data

Data was downloaded from each machine, data including payloads, Loader Passes, Tonnage hauled & Cycle times and more all in a CSV Format. Data imported and cleaned by using the Power Query feature within Power BI.

The Visuals

Containing Gauges, Column, Bar, Line, KPI Charts & Tables.

The Outcome

Creation of a highly detailed fully Interactive Dashboard with the added Power BI features. Allowing STR ROCKS to analyse how their RDT's are performing. πŸ‘

Quick findings:

  1. RDTS are being underloaded against the Target Goal of 63 (t) resulting in a 9% loss.
  2. D5 has the lowest payload average
  3. D2 has the highest average stopped loaded.

The real benefit the dashboard provides is that STR ROCKS stakeholders can see the RDT performance overview and can discover insights/issues as to where improvement opportunities can/could be made. πŸš€
