Excel Dashboard - Tracking Fuel Consumption

STR LOGISTICS: A fictitious delivery company with over 30 vehicles in the company! Wow that is a lot of fuel to keep track of.

Task

Design a Gas Fuel usage tracker to allow STR LOGISTICS to track and monitor their fleet usage and trends. Must be done in Excel without using any Macros 👍

The Data

Data is downloaded into an CSV format and added into the file. Using Power Query and some hidden Pivot Tables, simply adding the CSV Data to the file and clicking connection and Query refresh button the magic happens.

The Visuals

Dashboards had to be clear and simple to use, with different dashboards for different reporting reasons. Dashboards containing, Summary, Top 20 Consumers, Drill Down Dash & Monthly Trend. Visuals used Bar, Lines Charts, Gauges, Tables, Slicers, Drop downs.
