📊 Sales Trends: Through the visualization of monthly and yearly sales revenue, growth and decline patterns were identified. Furthermore, the analysis of sales by region provided insights into high-performing and underperforming areas, empowering executives to make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and strategic planning.

💼 Product Performance: Understanding the driving factors behind sales was crucial for the executive team. By utilizing the visualization of top-selling products, the key revenue contributors were identified. Additionally, the analysis of sales performance by product categories enabled the identification of the most profitable areas, supporting product line expansion and optimization efforts.

🔑 Key Customers: Recognizing the value of strong customer relationships, we focused on highlighting top customers by revenue, and average order value, and understanding customers based on their buying behavior(purchase frequency). This approach enabled executives to prioritize customer retention strategies and tailor personalized incentives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

🚚 Shipping Costs: To optimize profitability, a thorough analysis of shipping costs was essential. By visualizing shipping costs based on regions and carriers, areas of high expenses were identified. Additionally, by emphasizing shipping accuracy, ensuring orders were shipped on time to customers, negotiations with carriers, and exploration of alternative shipping options were facilitated to reduce costs.
