The motto is to emphasize the importance of retaining hard-earned customers and expresses the need for proactive measures to identify customers at risk of termination.

By completing the task, the project aims to empower the telecom company with an effective dashboard that enables proactive identification of at-risk customers and enhances the Retention Manager's decision-making process. The insights gained from the dashboard will facilitate targeted retention efforts, thereby reducing customer churn and improving overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
