HR Analytics Dashboard

I have created HR Analytics Dashboard, It gives insight about Attrition in company. In this dashboard I have used several KPIs as Count of Employee, Total Attrition, Attrition Rate, Average Salary and also used several visualizations as Donut chart for Attrition by Education, Column chart for Attrition by Age and Area chart for Attrition by Years at Company.

Approach -

Firstly, I extract the Excel file in power query for data cleaning, after that load the data in power bi desktop. In Power Pivot did data modeling by using DAX functions after that in Power View section created visualization.

Insights from dashboard-

There are 1470 employees in the company.

237 employees left the company.

Attrition rate is 16.12%.

The Average Salary of employees who left the company were 6.5k

The Average Age was 37
