This project is an exploratory data analysis of a bank's Customer Segmentation. I used concepts like Tableau stories, parameters, bins, spatial data, etc., in this. A map was used to indicate the number of customers in that country. I created a column chart to display customers' percentages and bank balances. A parameter was used to change the bin size in this chart. I also used a pie chart and a tree map to analyze their gender and job classifications further.
Key Findings - The white-collar job segment primarily represents customers in England. Customers in Scotland are predominantly males in their late 40's and early 50's. Representation of white-collar workers is low. Data for Wales show an above-average representation of mid-sized balances.
