Airline Passenger Satisfaction

In this project, I used Power BI to analyze airline passenger satisfaction data in order to create a dashboard that would enable the management team to gain insights into passenger opinions. The main goal of the project was to identify the highs and lows of passenger opinion so that the management team could take appropriate action to improve the airline's services.

To achieve this goal, I first imported the passenger satisfaction data into Power BI, cleaned and transformed the data as needed. I then created several visualizations that would allow the management team to examine the data from different angles, so that visuals displayed various aspects of passenger satisfaction, such as overall satisfaction levels, satisfaction levels by flight duration, and satisfaction levels by individual service criteria.

I also created interactive filters and slicers that would allow the management team to drill down into the data and explore specific aspects of passenger satisfaction in more detail.

While exploring data, I got interested if the negative evaluations was effected because of long flight duration. So, I converted Flight distance to average flight duration by dividing flight distance to average time period (500 mph), that way I gave to the management team the opportunity to see how satisfaction levels varies across different period frames.

Overall, the dashboard I created provided the management team with a powerful tool for analyzing passenger satisfaction data and identifying areas for improvement. By examining the highs and lows of passenger opinion, the management team could take targeted action to improve the airline's services and ensure that passengers had a positive experience when flying with the airline.
