INSIGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Based on our analysis, we recommend that the company reduce its reliance on Federal Shipping and United Package due to their high freight costs and longer delivery times, which are outweighed by the efficiency of Speedy Express. Furthermore, we suggest that the company removes the 8 discontinued product items from their raw data to avoid any potential impact on transactions and sales.
