Tableau HR Analysis

HR Data Analysis dashboard using Power Bi:

Overview: This is a dataset of HR Data on employee attrition. The data has information on 1470 Employees' Attrition at various statuses.

Approach: Data Understanding Data Cleaning Data Analysis Data Insights

Data Understanding- In this step, the focus is on exploring the data set, understanding the data, and making it usable for analysis by using tools such as Power Query.

Data Cleaning: In this step, the data is cleaned by removing errors, null values, and unwanted columns using the Power Query editor.

Data Analysis: Using DAX, calculated columns and measures are created to analyse the data and identify patterns and trends. Using DAX to get Active employees and attrition Rate.

Data Insights: Finally, the data is visualized using various KPIs to communicate the findings. Overall employees and getting No of attrition, along with attrition Rate with the Average Age in which education field.

Data is same , appraoch is same , visuals are also same but experience is totally different with Tableau. With Tableau, users can easily create interactive dashboards, charts, and graphs, and dive deeper into their data with just a few clicks.
