Project Overview:

Our client is a medium-sized company that wants to monitor and analyze key employee metrics to identify trends and patterns that can help inform HR decision-making. The goal of this project is to create an interactive dashboard that provides real-time insights into employee counts, attrition rates, and other key metrics.

Data Collection and Preparation:

We will collect data from the company's HR information system, including employee demographics, job information, performance ratings, and attrition status. The data will be cleaned, standardized, and merged to create a comprehensive dataset for analysis.

Key Metrics:

The dashboard will include the following key metrics:

1. Employee Count: The total number of employees currently on the payroll.
2. Attrition Count: The number of employees who have left the company during the current reporting period.
3. Attrition Rate: The percentage of employees who have left the company during the current reporting period, calculated as Attrition Count / Employee Count.
4. Active Employee: The number of employees currently employed by the company, excluding those who have left during the current reporting period.
5. Average Age: The average age of employees currently employed by the company.
6. Attrition by Gender: The number and percentage of male and female employees who have left the company during the current reporting period.
7. Department-wise Attrition: The number and percentage of employees who have left the company, broken down by department.
8. Job Satisfaction by Role: The average job satisfaction rating of employees, broken down by job role.
9. Education Field-wise Attrition: The number and percentage of employees who have left the company, broken down by educational background.

Data Presentation:

We will present our findings in an interactive dashboard that allows users to explore the data on their own and customize their views based on their specific needs. The dashboard will include various visualizations such as charts, tables, and graphs to represent the data in an easily understandable format.

Timeline:

We estimate that this project will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the data and the scope of the analysis. We will provide regular updates and progress reports throughout the project to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and involved in the process.
