I analyzed important HR metrics such as total days to hire, the number of current employees, offer acceptance rate, employees in each department, applying a source of hired employees and employee count over time (I found it difficult to exclude terminated employees in a specific time period, so I filtered the terminated employees)
I also looked at absence rates based on leave type and location, termination percentages based on departments and each quarter, and even included aspects of the lowest satisfaction based on former employees' feedback. (I calculated scores for each aspect from the former employees’ opinions and found the satisfaction levels)
