The Project

This Power BI report's goal was to assist skiers in finding their ideal ski resort destination by providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences. The report contains interactive visuals and questions to help the user navigate the selection process and filter a list of recommended ski resorts.

About Data

Exploration and analysis of data

• Two datasets are provided for this project: the "resorts" table, which contains detailed data about each resort such as ski pass prices, amenities, location, and so on; and the "activity".
• The "snow" table, which contains snow coverage data for each month in various locations.

The Work

• Connect the raw data and transform it
• Create a relational data model.
• Create new DAX measures and calculated columns.
• Create an interactive data analysis report.

The Result

The report answers these questions with a series of visuals, including a map of snow coverage in various countries, a detailed breakdown of the resort's infrastructure, and according to customer ability, the information divided into three parts and keynotes to give brief information about the resort so which is help the consumer to take the best decision for next vacation. and finally, an Undo snowman that allows the user to undo their selection.
