I decided to "spice up" Tableau a little by creating a dashboard with a somewhat "neumorphic" feel.
I worked on Passenger Satisfaction Survey for a fictitious Airline company "Maven Airlines".
As their senior data analyst, I was asked to analyze the survey data and recommend data-driven strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
The analysis results are shown on the dashboard and answer these specific business questions:
Which percentage of airline passengers are satisfied? Does it vary by customer type? What about by the type of travel?
What is the customer profile for a repeating airline passenger?
Does flight distance affect customer preferences or flight patterns?
Which factors contribute to customer satisfaction the most? What about dissatisfaction?
Based on the findings, I would recommend that Maven Airlines:
Improve arrival and departure times to cut down on flight delays.
Simplify their online booking process
Improve accessibility to boarding gate locations, especially among the elderly.
Improve in-flight WIFI service.
