Through this analysis, I aimed to showcase the ways in which the pandemic affected our operations, and how we navigated changes in profit and expenses. Additionally, I delved into the data to identify which types of patients - whether it be insurance, cash, personal injury, or massage - contributed the most to our income.

Overall, the insights gleaned from this dashboard were truly eye-opening.. In fact, this experience was a major catalyst for my decision to pursue a career pivot into the field of data analytics. It's amazing how the right data can provide invaluable insights and help drive success in any industry.
