LONDON HOUSING MARKET ANALYSIS IN POWERBI (2001–2020)

This dataset was obtained from kaggle.com and the following steps were taking to get it cleaned with PowerQuery:

• Removed missing values by eliminating all Null values
• Verified the data class for each column
• Removed irrelevant columns and outliers
• Imported the cleaned data into a Power BI report page
• Created new measures using DAX functions
• Used the DAX SUM function to calculate the total sales volume, total units sold, and number of crimes from 2001 to 2020
• Used the DAX COUNTROWS function to calculate the number of transactions during this period
• Added a new column for the year

Insight:

Westminster had the highest number of crimes during this time period, while the most sales occurred in Kensington and Chelsea.
