I dedicated part of my weekend to designing this HR Performance Dashboard. After completing the essential data cleaning steps—such as removing duplicates, adjusting data types, replacing values, creating a date table, establishing relationship with the fact table ,and performing the necessary transformations, I was able to answer the following key questions:
How many employees does the company currently have?
What is the total recruitment cost incurred so far each year?
How much has the company spent on overtime costs ?
What is the current churn rate among employees?
How many employees have been hired each year between 2002 and 2024?
Which hiring sources are most and least used by applicants?
What is the average cost per hire?
What percentage of job offers are accepted by candidates?
How long, on average, does it take to recruit an employee?
How many employees fall into each salary range?
Which departments have the highest overtime costs?
Which employees are earning the highest monthly salaries among the top 5?
Which quarter has the highest labor efficiency rate ?
How satisfied are candidates with the hiring process?
What is the ratio of male to female employees?
What percentage of employees are full-time versus part-time?
