Tableau Human Resources Dashboard

I had to use calculated fields, filters, grouping of data, and change data types to make the Human Resouces dashboard. It shows attrition rate, headcount, gender ratios, employee satisfaction, etc. It is meant to be an executive dashboard that can be filtered by department.
