4. What days and times do we tend to be busiest? Noon is the busiest time. Days: Thursday, Monday, Tuesday and Friday (See ‘Quantity Per Hour’).
5. How many pizzas are we making during peak periods? During peak time (Thursdays at noon) we are making 1149 pizzas (See ‘Quantity Per Hour’).
6. What are our best and worst selling pizzas? Best: Thai Chicken, Barbecue Chicken. Worst: Spinach Pesto, Mediterranean. (See’ Best 5 Pizzas’ and ‘5 Worst Pizzas’).
7. What's our average order value? It’s $38.3.
