Email Analysis Data Challenge July 2024

Happy Monday! 😊 This is my submission to the Onyx Data Challenge of July 2024: Email Analytics Dataset Challenge. Thank you, Onyx Data, for this amazing challenge!

Here are my insights:

1. 1123 emails Total Emails.

2. 91% Opened.

3. 47 Employees.

4. 9 Departments.

5. Emails by Day of the Week: Total Emails, Opened, Unopened, % Opened.

6. Total Emails by Date and Sentiment assigned by IA: Positive, Neutral and Negative.

7. Emails Open Rate by From Department.

8. Slicers: Date and Device which filter all visuals described above.

9. Know your Sender: filter by Name and you will see their photo, Seniority, Email, Total Emails, % Opened, From Department, To Department, To Seniority. It is included in this section a grid with the following information from the dataset for the users to explore: Date, From Name, Device, Email Topic, From Department, From Seniority, Is Opened?, Sentiment, To Department, To Name, To Seniority, Within Working Hours (8am to 5pm), Within Workday (M to F).
